Golf Academy

One of Western Canada’s top public golf facilities is uniting with world class teaching professionals. The Golf Channel Academy at Heritage Pointe offers a variety of instruction and coaching program options for any level of golfer or corporate group, from new players to aspiring competitive juniors to tour professionals.

This new partnership will give students access to some of the most decorated and well-known instructors in the business. This will include Bob McArthur, the PGA of Canada’s 1999 National Teacher of the Year and 1989 Alberta PGA Player of the Year, along with Paul Horton, the PGA of Canada’s 2017 National Coach of the Year and 2011 National Teacher of the Year.

We are also pleased to have the support of Lisa “Longball” Vlooswyk, an eight-time Canadian Long Drive Champion who calls Heritage Pointe her home club. She specialize in clinics, ladies golf schools and motivational speaking.

This highly acclaimed team is proud to be the first and only Golf Channel Academy in Canada and only the second outside of the United States. Golf Channel Academy is among the most expansive golf instruction networks today, including some of the top golf coaches in the world.
